We accept orders "tomorrow" until 11:00 "today": on the website, by phone or in Telegram/Viber/Instagram. Couriers deliver every day (no holidays).
Order for any window of 1.5 hours from 06:00 to 11:00.

The courier can deliver to your floor (if the elevator is working). If requested, they can leave the package with security or at another convenient location (e.g., at your apartment door). For hand-to-hand delivery: the courier waits for up to 10 minutes, then proceeds to the next address. Uncollected rations can be redelivered at the end of the route for an additional fee. Unclaimed rations are disposed of, and no refunds are provided.
Kyiv: 5+pcs to 1 address — free delivery. Up to 5: 100 UAH/address.
In Kyiv oblast — all the same price zones as for meals delivery.
On the website (WayForPay) or by bank transfer to a sole proprietor's account (ФОП). Full prepayment only.
The longer the period, the greater your daily discount. Therefore, the period price cannot be divided into multiple payments.
The order is considered accepted once you've sent the receipt via messenger and the manager has confirmed everything.
Are there any items on our menu you can't eat (dislike, allergy, etc.)? Let us know, and we'll remove them from your meal plans. Up to 5 ingredients are free, more will cost you an additional 100 UAH per meal plan.
You can change the delivery time/address up to 17:30 the day before (i.e., a meal plan for Wednesday will be changed until 5:30 PM on Tuesday, etc.)
You can "freeze" delivery (pause it without losing funds) for up to 30 days per period (3/7/14/30). This is useful if you're traveling on business or vacation.
Available "freeze" days can be divided into several "approaches": this is convenient if, for example, you only need meals on weekdays or according to another "not-for-every-day" schedule.
You can order/cancel/freeze meals up to 11:00 the day before. If it's after 11:00, we'll reschedule it for the day after tomorrow (or later, as you say), and there's a cancellation fee.
